When A Gluten Free Diet Can
Be A Solution To Back Pain…

› [Gluten Free Diet]
Novak chooses to go gluten free, like several champions at the top of their sport, because they have noticed increased performance and recovery speed...

The gluten free diet has been trending among athletes for the purposes of improving performance…

Novak Djokovic has been in the news over this 'change to his game'...

Others have chosen this route due to medical problems with Celiac and Chrohn's disease; many having successful outcomes with some additional care...

The Blood type diet also indicates gluten free diets for blood type O and also, for the most part, A blood types across the board…

Back in 2008 however, a new dimension was added to the blood type diets; instead of food selection being based on a single gene that determines blood type, the diets were re-written and expanded with the use of a full set of genetic markers…

These markers, proven to point to specific gene interactions and behaviour, were recognized and validated thanks to the human genome project, and were put into play by Dr. Peter D'Adamo...

Through testing he consequently was able to see 6 remarkable patterns emerge that equated to genotypes in humans…

These genotypes are 100's of thousands years old and predate ethnicities and cultures of modern day man...

With what is known regarding how the blood type gene functions with regard to food, more refined and flexible diets were written for each of the six groups according to the genetic markers revealed by epigenetics (calculated measurements) that you can workout yourself at home with the use of a ruler and measuring tape and an ink pad…

It is these measurements and calculations that will reveal your genotype group...

What Does This
Have To Do With
Your Back Pain...?

Sometimes back pain is due to an injury, or subluxation that has been present for a while, or perhaps something major like a slipped disc…

And maybe you can find a chiropractor, go for you six visits, and be rid of your pain permanently…

Or, if needs be, you can go through the surgical process with a neurosurgeon and have a good outcome; usually not completely pain free without management...

Even better, the rest of your body stays healthy without chronic joint pain

That might happen for you, but that does not seem to be the norm in this day and age and it begs the question: why?

Recently, retired tennis star Andre Agassi (who is a personal favourite of mine) announced a change to a gluten free diet and plans to promote a line of gluten free bakery products…

He had gone to great heights in his tennis career, winning eight grand slams as well as Olympic Gold, but by the end of it had debilitating, unexplainable back pain…

What I can say about this on a personal level is that, I had a similar debilitating back pains until I received chiropractic care and went on a gluten free diet myself…

Now, if I do get back pain, I am aware that it is because it is something I ate, rather than subluxation due to incorrect movement...usually…

For example, if I go to Paris, and the temptation for pastry gets to be too much, and I have a good tasting wheat filled eclair (my favorite), I can pretty much track when the pain is going to hit; and how long it will take to leave…

Its a bit freaky...

The Genotype diet is a slightly more advanced version of the blood type diet because we are looking at Genotype rather than just the single gene that is blood type...

The diet is more specific, and sometimes contradictory to blood type diet; Dr. D'Adamo acknowledges that he cannot write a diet that is going to fit everyone without private consultation, it is, however, a good, more advanced place to start...

But Why Would A Gluten
Free Diet Relieve
Back Pain…?

A gluten free diet can work to relieve pain for those who are gluten intolerant because it will lessen and eventually eliminate inflammation in the colon…

Inflammation in the colon can be an indirect source of severe back and hip pain depending on what segment of the colon is overstretched and damaged...

When you eat something you cannot digest, your body has a variety of adverse reactions, chemical conversions and hormonal secretions that serve to go to battle with what you have eaten….

The reason your body does this is because it does not recognize what you have eaten as safe for your body. So, in some genotypes, most famously Hunter and Explorer groups who have a strong inflammatory response to life in general, the food will get attacked by the body, and in turn it can damage its own tissues; other genotypes such as the 'Teacher' will have a more tolerant approach, and in some cases may be too tolerant in terms of changes that can switch on disease processes…

Over time, some of these foods will come to be recognized by your body, albeit begrudgingly…

If you are ill however, and your body is overwhelmed in the attempt to sort things out, toxic foods will aggravate the situation, or even have loaned to the development of illness...

Genetic science says that depending on which genotype group you belong to, the toxic build up of some foods can assist in turning off some genes that need to be switched on in order to protect you…

One of these examples are genes that are cancer inhibitors – in the Teacher Genotype in particular, these genes can get switched off from the over consumption of toxic foods and inadequate consumption of foods that support the genetic inhibitors...

Natural Pain
Relief...

Over the counter as well as prescribed pain relief medications are fast acting and potent, but what happens if you need to take them to manage your pain over a period of years, or for the rest of your life...?

You may wish to do some research and look into some natural pain relief remedies that will not have the toxic effects on your internal organs that most pain medications do after a lengthy period of time...

I have provided some basic information regarding supplementation that provides natural pain relief to help get you started - just click on the link below...

Natural Pain Relief

Back To
Your Back…

If you eat food that gets stuck in your colon because you have no means to digest it-like wheat and gluten products do in some of the genotypes – then this can be the source of severe back ache due to inflammation in the colon…

A gluten free diet combined with the rest of the genotype process can help you with this…

I can honestly call myself living proof…

In summary, the information on this page, as convoluted as it may appear, has been written in this way for a reason…

The reason being that a gluten free diet can help your back pain, but there is a lot more to it than that in the grand scheme of things…

In this day and age, it is not only your back or your food…

Genetic sciences and research tells us that your prenatal experience (which is the major dimension the genotype diet is based on) sets several of these genetic patterns into play and correlates directly with your experience of life. The world has changed too and that in and of itself has a direct effect on what your prenatal experience was and how healthy or unhealthy you may be in life, depending on what you are exposed to…

The more you educate yourself along these lines, the more you are going to be able to take control of your health and your life as you age…

Dr. D'Adamo's books are easy to read and understand so there are no excuses, and no need for intimidation; the effort is worth it even if you have to look words up, or use other references…

Back pains of any kind can benefit from a gluten free diet if you are in certain genotype groups- I hope you will go to www.genotypediet.com and find out more for yourself and your loved ones…

This information will assist you in doing everything you can to live healthy and Be Well!
